Jammu, Dec 23: While extending the judicial remand of 11 days more of Choudhary brothers, who were produced in the court of Forest Magistrate, Deputy Magistrate Yahaya Firdous here today, the Court directed the accused shall be presented in the court on January 2, 2010.
The Special Investigation Team investigating into the murder of Amandeep Singh filed an application seeking extension of judicial remand of Choudhary brothers. Court after considering the prayer of the SIT and the circumstances of the case extended 11 days judicial remand of Choudhary brothers with the direction to produce the alleged accused in the court on January 2, 2010.
On the bail application filed by Choudhary brothers allegedly involved in fudging the weapon of offence in the much publicized murder of Amandeep, the Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, fixed December 24, 2009 for further arguments on their bail application
