Jammu, Dec 24- In a petition challenging the order of the Registrar Cooperative Societies of December 21 superceding the Board of Directors of Citizens Cooperative Bank, Judicial Member Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal AK Shan today called for record from the Registrar Cooperatives including the Peon (Receipt) book and fixed December 30, 2009 for further hearing.
The Board of Directors of Citizen Cooperative Bank Limited, through its Chairman challenged the order of Registrar Cooperative Societies dated December 21, 2009 whereby the Board of Directors was superceded. |
