| Gandarbali for employees apathy | | |

Jammu, Dec 26: President J&K Milchar Front SN Ganderbali has urged upon the BSNL, authorities that they are paying watch and ward charges for BTS of BSNL from the poor employees quarterly and due to which they are suffering badly but they should be paid monthly as per agreement he said. He said the work of house keeping on contractual basis of the BTS which included keeping a watch round the clock, so that no un authorized person enters the premises of BTS, maintain cleanliness of the BTS, start the general set when main supply shall be off and also help the BSNL staff at the side as and when required etc. They have to work day and night having so many responsibilities and have not time to visit the office of BSNL for salary, they may kindly be send through their A/C bank account numbers of the employees through in vice on every 15th of the month so that the poor watch and ward employees of mobile tower may not suffer badly in future. Ganderbali appealed the chief general manager BSNL, J&K Circle and principal general manager BSNL mobiles J&K personally intervene and redress the genuine grievances of these watch and ward employees of mobile towers with out any further delay.
