| Soz accorded rousing reception by PCC | | |

Jammu, Dec 27: The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) today organized a reception in honour of PCC president Prof. Saifuddin Soz and MP, who returned after leading the Indian good will Hajj delegation. On the occasion Soz was presented bouquets and a shawl as a token of respect love by the senior leaders of PCC, Member Parliament and Minsiters.
While thanking the gathering Soz said that Jammu people the gave shelter and helped displaced persons from the valley during the period of turbulence for which the people of Jammu deserve lot of compliments, as they exuviated their deep faith in the secular traditions of the state and added secularism is the strength our country.
Earlier, Dharmpal Sharma welcomed Soz and expressed gratitude on behalf of PCC to the prime minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson, Sonia Gandhi president AICC for nominating Soz as head of the Indian Hajj delegation. RS Chib presented vote of thanks on the occasion.
