Bhim hails Jammu residents fro supporting shutdown

The JKNPP which has called for Jammu bandh against Sageer’s Report today has has expressed gratitude to the people of Jammu for their total support and solidarity with the cause of the people of Jammu and Ladakh in particular and that the State in general by participating in observing Jammu Bandh.
Prof Bhim Singh while thanking the people of Jammu, has also thanked other organizations particularly the Bar Association Jammu, Shive-Sena, Jammu Morcha, SOS, Dogra Party, Janta Party, Panun Kashmir, Jammu Muslim Front and all other social and political groups for the support to the cause. Prof Singh also has expressed thanks to the BJP for their good will and hoped they shall continue raising their voice for the right cause. Prof Bhim Singh strongly condemned the state Govt for using police power and arresting PP activists including its Provincial secretary, S D Khajuria this morning.
Meanwhile Panthers party has condemned the government for arresting over hundred (100) Panthers Party leaders when they were peacefully demonstrating against the Report of the Prime Minister’s Working Group this morning in Jammu city today.
According to the party statement prominent senior leaders among those who were arrested included Bansi Lal Sharma adv. Political advisor to JKNPP, S. Daljit Singh Vice-President, S.D. Khajuria, Provincial Secretary, Jagdev Singh Coordination Secretary, S. K.S. Bedi Provincial Secretary, Shanker Singh Sarpanch Provincial Secretary Kisan Committee, Desh Rattan Pandita Secretary Migrant Cell, Naveen Bali Publicity Secretary, Ropinder Singh President Young Panthers Jammu East, S. Vicky, Shanker Singh Chib, District President Jammu Rural, Ashok Bhagat Provincial General Secretary and other .
Prof. Bhim Singh warned the state government with dire consequences in case panthers party leaders are not release by this evening.
