| Employees announce strike for Jan 12 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 28- Holding the state government responsible for failing to fulfill their promises despite a cabinet decision, the state government employees under the banner of Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) on Monday announced day long strike plan on January 12, 2010 to highlight their demands.
Addressing a press conference here today one of the employees representatives Ram Kumar Sharma said that the state government even after taking a cabinet decision with regard to their demands has failed to implement the same and was trying to misled the employees leaders.
He said to register their token protest and to express their anger against the indifferent attitude of the state government they have decided to go on day long strike on Jan 12.
"We warn the state government that if they fail to deliver on their promises the employees would be left with no other option but to intensify their stir against the state government", EJAC said.
