Jammu, Dec 31: The NSS unit of government MAM college, organized 10 days NSS special camp from Dec 22 organizers various activities in which college beautification drive was initiated in which about 100 trees were lime treated inside the college. Volunteers also visited Bal niketan and old age home, Amphalla, and interacted with the inmates there and carried out a cleanliness drive.
On the last day of camp a poster making and slogan writing competition was held along with symposium on global warming.
In the valedictory function, chief guest Prof. (Dr.) MS Baloria, Principal of College applauded the role of NSS volunteers of the college for creating awareness among the masses about the existing social evils in the society.
