| NC autonomy demand will create confusion, suspiciousness says KHC | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 31: The Kashmiri Hindu conference (KHC) executive body in a meeting under the chairmanship of ML Thusoo expressed dissatisfaction on the violent efforts made by the chief minister, Omar Abdullah far the implementation of the working group report regarding centre state relations in the state. As per press release Thusoo said it is a notable shift on the framed policy of the ruling NC and Congress government in the state. He said congress party is committed for theequal status of the states in the Indian federation and added chief minister should dive deep within that he is heading to extremities regard to the sentiments of the cross section of people in the state. Autonomy demand by the NC will create confusion and suspicion about the status of the citizens of the Jand K state. Thusoo said and added this is a drift from faithfull moral duties by the chief minister. PL Koul Budgami convenor expressed reservations with regard to notification rules to fill 3000 posts for Kashmiri migrants under special package of the prime minister, he said for two decades the state government gave no healing touch to the community youth and the package announced by the prime ministr lingered on for two and half years now, the process of service selection board and revenue department proceedings is a long drawn process which will take further two long years and till then 30% of the deserving candidates will cross the prescribed age limit.
