Jammu, Jan 1: The Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has been urged upon by the president Jammu west Assembly Movement (JWAM) to take personal intervation in solving the day by day worsening traffic conditions in the city.
Addressing a massive protest rally at Newplot, Amphalla etc places, Dimple said need of the hour is to construct sanctioned flyovers in the city which to great ease the traffic problems besides precious lives will be saved. He said due to heavy reach and irregular moment of traffic on road. Good number of people get injured even some loss their lives. He said the worst suffered areas due to worst traffic conditions are Jewel to Talab Tillo, Gool Gujral, Janipur, New Plot, Amphalla, Gharota roads which have become accident prone. He also demanded lying fresh tarcool on various roads at Sarwal, Rehari etc areas.
The Prominent Protestants are Sat Pal Mahajan, Ashok Khanna, Bansi Lal Dogra, Rakesh Kumar, Vipan Kumar, Vikcy Kumar, Chuni Lal, Parveen Kumar, Vijay Gupta, Vineet Kumar, Dev Raj, Thoru Ram, Mohan Lal Gupta and many others.
