| Padha elected president BJP Akhnoor unit | | |

State Election Incharge Sat Sharma (CA), today informed that Suraj Padha was unanimously elected as Distt President of Akhnoor organisational district of BJP.
Party spokesperson said that Padha’s name was proposed by Swarn Singh and seconded by Hans Raj. During the election procedure Vishwinder Dev Sharma was the District Returning Officer, who supervised the whole process while State General Secretary Shamsher Singh Manhas was the State Observer and all the three MLAs of the district Ch. Sukhnandan, Jugal Kishore Sharma and Bharat Bhushan were present on the occasion alongwith party activists from all the five assembly constituencies of Akhnoor district.
