| HC issues notice to DG ITBP, Ors | | |

Jammu, Jan 2- The Division Bench of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court issued a fresh notice to Director General ITBP Vikram Shrivastav and Commandant AJ Rasool in an appeal filed by Sudesh Kumar Gargotra SI ITBP and directed the case be listed after the ensuing vacations.
In his appeal the petitioner Gargotra alleged that the respondents have neither released consequential benefits nor any promotion despite directions from the High Court in a SWP 850/2000 on October 11, 2002.
The petitioner has filed a petition against the judgment dated April 23, 2009 and review orders of July 31, 2009 as passed by the single Judge Brain Ghosh Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court on various grounds.
After hearing the petitioner the Division Bench comprising Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain and Ghulam Hasnain Massodi issued fresh notice to the respondents and directed that the case be listed after the vacations.
