Jammu, Jan 2- In a petition filed by Dr. Manjeet and seven others challenging the Notification dated December 24, 2009 on various grounds, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain of J&K High Court issued notice to PSC with the directions to allow the petitioners to participate in the interview process of Assistant Surgeons SC category.
The High Court further directed that the petitioners be allowed to appear in the interview on their own risk and responsibility and restraining the PSC from declaring the result of the petitioner till further orders from the Court. Court also clarified that this shall not confer any right on the petitioners to claim appointment against the post of Assistant Surgeon. JNF
