| JCC clinches National Integration Championship | | |

Doda, Jan 3- Jamia Cricket Club (JCC) Bhatyas clinched the National Integration Championship by defeating Pasture Cricket Club (PCC) in the finals today. The tournament organized by Hills Men’s Bhalessa which was played at Government Higher Secondary School Jhakyas (Gandoh) ground. Thirty teams from different parts of the District participated.
PCC won the toss and decided to bat first. PCC was bundled out for 72 runs in the allotted 20 overs. In reply, JCC chased the target in just 18 overs by losing only 8 wickets. Irshad Ahmed Qazi of Jamia Cricket Club was adjudged as the Man of the Series for his best all round performance.
Advocate Imtiaz Mir was the Chief Guest while Naseer Khora Vice-Chairman Young Star Cricket Club Doda and Advocate Farooq Ahmed Khan and Dr Yaqoob Ahmed Block Medical Officer (BMO) Gandoh were the Guest of Honour on the occasion.
The Chief Guest Advocate Imtiaz Mir congratulated the organizing committee for organizing this mega event in this hilly and mountainous area in a peaceful way. Naseer Khora, Vice- Chairman Young Star Cricket Club Doda also distributed the mementoes to the organizers, winner and runner up teams on behalf of YSCC Doda while the chief guest presented trophies among the runner and winner up teams.
