| Police arrests 3 under NDPS Act | | |

Awantipora Police has arrested three persons alongwith a consignment of cannabis weighing 1.5Kgs, police said.
Giving further details police spokesperson said the police team at about 4.15 pm a Naka party of Police Station Pampore under the supervision of SHO Pampore arrested three persons namely Hilal Ahmad Wani S/O Mohammad Ramzan Wani R/O Arihal Pulwama, Issac Ahmad Tantray S/O Abdul Hamid R/O Arihal Pulwama and Nazir Ahmmad Shergujree S/O Ghulam Mohammad R/O Arihal Pulwama at New Colony Kadlabal.
Durng their frisking the police recovered about 1.5kgs of charas from their possession. Police has registered a case under FIR No 03/2010 under section 8/20 NDPS Act.
