Manohar attends sports festival at Mumbai

Jammu January,04: Minister for Cooperatives, Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma has said that co-curricular activities are imperative for youth to make themselves physically sound and mentally fit, adding that Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded priority to the sports sector to exploit hidden sports talent of the youth.
The Minister was addressing the concluding function of a Sports Festival held in Mumbai yesterday. He called upon the participating youth to excel in the disciplines they had chosen and continue participating in various sports events to bring laurels to the State.
The Sports festival was organised by the District Youth Coordinator, Mr.Mobin Pathan. Various cricket teams of Mumbai participated in the sports festival.
Union Minister of State for Information and Technology, Mr. Gurdas Kamat and legislators of Mumbai Mr. Baldev Khosa and Ashok Yadev, were also present on the occasion.
Dr. Sharma distributed prizes among the winning and runner up sports teams
