| Soz cuts new roles for office bearers | | |

Jammu, Jan 4: To rejuvenate the party activities ahead of forthcoming assembly elections, the Pradesh Congress Committee President Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz has allocated new assignments to the organizational officer bearers.
According to a PCC order, Senior Vice President Mangat Ram Sharma will be political advisor to Soz while Dharmpal Sharma will assist Soz in policy matters and will also be in charge of the party head quarters at Jammu. He will be assisted and Spokespersons of the party Ravinder Sharma and Amolakh Singh.
While Amrit Malhotra will assist and advice the president on media and community affairs. He will also look after party affairs in Jammu District (Urban). The Hari Singh, Vice President will look after the party affairs in District Jammu (Rural). He will be assisted by Smt. Indu Pawar MLA, Smt. Kanta Bha and Ch. Zaffarullah, Gurmukh Singh, vice president will look after the party affairs in Reasi, Ramban and Kishtwar Districts. He will be assisted by Smt. Rani Billowria and Vinod Sharma. Sheikh Haider vice-president, will look after the party affairs in Doda and Udhampur districts. He will be assisted by Mirza Muazzafar Big and Vinod Mishra and Chuni Lal Sharma. Prem Sagar Aziz will look after the party affairs in Kathua district and he will be assisted by Th. Puran Singh and Lalita Sharma. Mohd. Sharief Niaz will look after Rajouri and Poonch Districts and will be assisted by Ch. Shah Mohammad, and S. Gurdev Singh. Mohd. Muzzafar Parrey will be incharge of the party headquarters at Srinagar. He will also look after the party affairs in Sringar, Ganderbal and Budgam districts and he will be assisted by Mohd. Anwar Bhat, Ambreen Badar and master Mohammad Maqbool, B A Maggrey will look after party affairs in Pulwama and Shopian districts. He will be assisted by Gulam Nabi Mir Lasjan, Khem Lata Wakhloo, G N Monga, vice president will look after party affairs in Baramulla and Kupwara districts and he will be assisted by Mehboob Illahi and Abdul Ahad Itoo and Baldev Singh. Abdul Majid Paddar, will look after party affairs in Anantnag and Kulgam districts and he will assisted by Nazir Ahmed Bhat, Abdul Majid Khatib and Mohd., Abdullah Nadaf. P. Namgayal, will look after the party affairs in Leh district. He will associate two senior leaders of the party from the district. Beside this ex-MLA Gulam Raza will look after the party affairs in Kargil district and will associate two senior leaders of the party from the district.
