Anti-leadership not acceptable: Soz

JAMMU, JAN 5: President Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Prof Saifudin Soz said that anti-leadership activities will not be allowed in the party. In reply to a query on sidelines of function, Soz said “I had submitted a report against such leaders and now it is up to the party high command to initiate any action against such party leaders.”
Addressing rally Soz, congratulate the Sikh community on the occasion of Gurpurav and said that Congress party is the party Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians so all should come forward to strengthen the party. On the performance of the coalition Government in the state, Soz said that the collation government in state between the National Conference and Congress had passed one year and is running smoothly. While, the development works started by the party leaders are also going on. But some of the party leaders are creating confusion among the party members against the leadership, he said, “Those handful leaders had failed to acknowledge the policies of the party as the result they had make up their mind indifferent to other party members and so are indulged in the anti-parties activities.
Jammu and Kashmir is safe in the hands of Congress lead by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Manmohan Singh, claimed Member Parliament, Madal Lal Sharma while addressing a rally here. He said, “Congress wave is all over so people must follow the wave for their bright future” Speaking about JMC elections Sharma said that there would be open vote in the Municipality elections, so that the Corporators can elect their chairman with out any bogus voting. While the tenure of the Chairman would be increased from present one year to 21/2 years is also on cards.
Speaking on the occasion, former Cabinet Minister, Mula Ram raises the issue of the transfer of the opening of Degree College from his constituency and cancellation of the construction of the Artificial Lake. He said that during his tenure large number of road networks was laid by him but now when he is not the MLA there is no development work started in his constituency. On the occasion, the BJP Corporator, Ward no. 28, Raj Rani Mahajan joins the party in the presence of former Deputy Chief Minister, Pt. Mangat Ram Sharma.
