| Indian currency, ammunition recovered along Indo-Pak border | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 8 : The Border Security Force (BSF) personnel today recovered a haul of ammunition including pistols besides Indian currency along Indo-Pak International Border in Arnia area of R S Pura Sector on city outskirts, official sources here said. ''The patrol party of 110 Bn BSF this morning noticed a bag lying near Jabowal Post along Indo-Pak border,'' official sources told UNI. During frisking they recovered two Chinese-made pistols, four magazines, 70 rounds of pistol, two packets of black powder (reportedly explosive), one Pak SIM and Rs 29,000 Indian Currency (58 notes in the denomination of Rs 500), sources added.
The troops had cordoned off the area and intensified the search but no arrest were made so far, sources added.
