JAMMU, Jan 11:
An Agriculture Officer (AO) was arrested by police in Kishtwar today for his alleged acts of making "porno" CDs and taking "vulgar and indecent" photographs of innocent girls and
married women.
Police sources said after making porno CDs and taking vulgar and indecent photographs of the innocent local girls and women, he circulated them among the general public.
Several complaints were received from the people of Kishtwar in this regard, the sources added.
Acting on these complaints, police launched a "secret" probe during which it was known that it was the handiwork
