Jammu, Jan 12- Justice JP Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing, in a petition filed by the inhabitants of Village Dhedah Tehsil Gool District Ramban against shifting of Primary Health Center, functioning since 1994, has issued notice to state of J&K through Chief Secretary, Commissioner/ Secretary Health Department, Commissioner/ Secretary Public works Department, Director Health Services Jammu and several others and ordered that in the meanwhile Primary Health Center Dhedah shall not be shifted from its present location until next date of hearing and directed Registry to list the case in the first week of February, 2010.
