| Kashmiri Hindu conference flays service conditions | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 18: The leaders of Kashmiri Hindus conference (KHC) have flayed the new service rules for the migrant youth under prime minister package. Sr. leader ML Thusoo in a statement has said, that this discriminatory attitude of the state government is not acceptable to the community as this has questioned the equal rights of migrant youth in the society. PL Badgami has demanded withdrawal of these rules. Sr. vice president of KHC, KL Ganjoo said, the mixed response of the majority community in response to employment package and return of kashmiri pandits to their homes and hearts has generated mixed response can create hurdles in the smooth execution of the package instead a friendly atmosphere needs to be created before the execution of the said package. Soom Nath Raina congratulated the community members for the orders of the supreme court of India dated 8-01-2010 for dismissing all special leave petitions of the state government with regard to release of HRA and CCA for the migrant employees. He ridiculed the government for harassing migrant employees by with holding of their part of pay for a long time. He said the nefarious designs of the government have been exposed and employees who fought for this genuine cause unitedly. Others who spoke in the meeting include Jai Krishan Raina Maktoom, ML Koul, ML Daftri AK Bhat, JL Mantoo, and AK Shadoo.
