| Mahajan Sabha organises painting, rangoli competition | | |

To commemorate the 140TH birth anniversary of Lala Hans Raj Mahajan, the founder of Mahajan Sabha, a painting and rangoli competition was organized by Mahajan Sabha at Mahajan Hall here this evening. More than 100 students of mahajan community took part in the competition.
In the morning session, painting competition was held in three different groups. The first group was consisted of the students of class 1st and 2nd, second of class 3rd and 4th while third of class 5th and 6th. In all the groups a good participation was witnessed. Rangoli competition, which was exclusive for the girl students, held in the afternoon session of the day. It was also held in two different groups i.e. students in the age group of 10-15 years and 16-20 years. A good turn out of participants was also witnessed in this competition also. The results of the today’s competition will be declared on the next Sunday.
