JAMMU, Jan 19: As part of a missioner of world renowned spiritual and humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to bring peace, health, harmony and happiness to mankind, the Sri Sri Ayurveda Panchkarma (SSAP) is going to open its full fledged branch, equipped with all basic facilities, at Shakti Nagar, Jammu from January 21, 2010.
SSAP is an initiative of the Art of Living Foundation, is the service division of Sri Sri Ayurveda, which was established with the vision of bringing the best of Ayurveda to the world.
A full team of experts from Sri Sri Ayurveda Panchkarma would be available at the branch to provide consultation and treatment to the clients suffering with different health related problems through the medium of techniques and therapies of the Ayurveda. The Panchkarma therapies detoxifies the entire body system, de-stresses and gives freedom from fatigue, strengthens the immune system of the body, increases vigour and vitality imparts youthfulness and longevity, brings clarity at the levels of feeling and emotions, hermonises the mental, emotional and physical levels etc.
The specialized treatment packages offered at the Jammu branch along with many other classical Panchkarma therapies, include relaxation & rejuvenation, spine toning, Diabetic control, joints paints, occupational stress relief, obesity control beauty care and post retirement health care, besides, full body massage, relaxation process with medicated luke warm oil, healing therapy that enhances and balances flow of prana, head and foot massage etc.
