| CII organises workshop on ‘supervisory skills’ | | |

JAMMU, Jan 20
Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) J&K State Council today organized a one day Workshop on “How to Develop Supervisory Skills”.
According to spokesperson the workshop was conducted by Col. Amar Bindra from The Performance Enablers Chandigarh.
The focus of workshop was to equip the participants with proven supervisory techniques that can put them into action immediately, to provide the tools that supervisor can use to plan, organize, communicate and monitor effectively in every situation, to help the supervisors’ to examine their daily responsibilities outside of the office, in the company of the peers.
The workshop was attended by delegates from different industrial units of Jammu & Samba
