Impressed by the policies and programmes of PDP about 60 persons of Jammu Urban joined PDP in PDP office in presence of Thakur Balbir Singh General Secretary and other party senior leaders.
While welcoming the new faces in the party folds, former party MLA, Shanti Devi said that all promises doled to people of state by the NC have remained only on papers. She told people to compare the performance of the three years’ Government of Mufti Mohammed with that of present Coalition Government headed by Omar Abdullah. She urged upon to strengthen the hand of Mehbooba Mufti President PDP by educating the people about the policies and programmes of PDP.
Prominent among those who were present included S. Tarlok Singh Bajwa Vice President, Smt Shanti Devi, Ex. MLA, Daman Bhasin, Sr Leader, Bashir Asad, President Youth Wing, Rajinder Manhas, Secretary Youth Wing, K K Sharma, General Secretary, Jammu Rural. Youth leaders Sourav Gupta, Ajay Kumar, Neeraj Sharma, Noor Ahmad, Mohd Munshi and Mohd Muneer also spoke on this occasion.
