Civilian critically injured by unknown gunmen, three OWGs apprehended

A civilian was critically injured by two unidentified gunmen in Rajouri while security forces apprehended three Over Ground Workers at three different places late last night.
According to official sources two unidentified gunmen entered the house of Abdul Qayoom son of Shamas Din resident of Targain Budhal in Rajouri district and injured him seriously with sharp edged weapons. However, he managed to jump from his residence and escaped from the clutches of the gunmen.
In the meantime, acting on specific information, the Security Forces apprehended three OGWs and handed over to State Police for further questioning.
Giving details, the Defence spokesman said that based on information of own sources, a column apprehended Mohammed Yusuf son of Abdul Gani resident of Chukras in Budhal while two other OGWs identified as Mohammed Hussain son of Sham Mohammed resident of Bahrot and Maniar Ahmed son of Mohammed Bashir of Hari Budha were apprehended at Gulair and Siari in Budhal area of Rajouri district.
