| Mahila congress to organize awareness camp: Indu Pawar | | | Early Times Report Kathua, Jan 21: Congress party is committed for 33% reservation for women in state assembly, parliament and panchayats said, MLA, Indu Pawar, while addressing the meeting of Mahila congress workers at Hiranagar here today. She said at present also women of the country is playing vital role in walks of life citing the example of president of India and first women speaker of the Lok –Sabha. She said she will leave no stone unturned in achieving the goal of the betterment of woken folk in the state. She further said Mahila congress is holding awareness camps at various places at state level. She appealed people from far flung areas to take further step by taking part in awareness camps and making them a success. She called upon to adopt various technical and non technical skills which are being taught in the various awareness camps to empower themselves and to become financially independent. Those who present in the meeting were Champa Devi, Seegar Bushan, Ritu Gupta, Pallvi Sharma.
