| Jan inaugurates Jhulla Bridge at Sawjian | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Jan 21- Ajaz Ahmed Jan, MLA Haveli-Poonch Constituency, today inaugurated Jhulla Bridge at Sawjian constructed at a cost of Rs. 16 lakhs. The Bridge will reduce the distance in reaching Chaprian by 4 kms.
Earlier, the MLA paid surprise visit to the backward areas of Sathra, Mandi, Jandrolla, and Sawjian and inspected the ongoing works under NREGA in Mandi Block. He directed Block Development Officer Mandi to expedite pace of work on the ongoing schemes in the area where 400 works under NREGA are currently in progress. He also inspected the site for construction of Dispensary at Chakrara and directed the concerned agencies to take up work on this project within next one week.
