Jammu, Jan 22- Jubilant over lifting ban of pre-paid cell phones in Jammu and Kashmir, for which the JKNPP had even moved to the Supreme Court, thousands of Panthers Party activists have hailed their hero Prof. Bhim Singh for his continued battle for justice for the poor and helpless citizens of the state.
Prof Singh who is known for fighting legal battles had moved the Supreme Court challenging the ban on the pre paid cell phones in Jammu and Kashmir describing it as assault on the freedom of the poorest of the poor persons in the state.
Overwhelmed with lifting of the ban the Panthers party leaders have given call to every Panther worker to organize three-day celebration throughout the state by beating drums, lighting, crackers, dances to congratulate the real hero of the poor, Prof. Bhim Singh.
Prof Bhim has also been instrumental in fighting a legal battle in the Supreme Court in respect of Jammu migrants who had been denied relief at par with the Kashmiri migrants.
‘This has proved that he is the only acceptable leader and so is the Panthers Party in J&K’, the party leaders said.
