| HC directs DHS to produce selection list of MHWs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 22 –In a petition filed by Rukhsana Koser the Vacation Judge of State High Court Jammu Wing Justice JP Singh today issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary Health & Medical Education, Chairman Selection Committee District Level ANMT School, Chief Medical Officer Poonch and private respondents.
After hearing Advocate SS Ahmed appearing for the petitioner, Justice Singh directed Director Health Services Jammu to produce the selection record of the candidates, who had appeared for selection against the RBA Category for undergoing training in Female Multipurpose Health Workers for District Poonch and directed the Registry to list the case in the first week of February, 2010.
