| Jammu, Srinagar Municipal Employees frames joint committee | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 23: Leaders of Jammu Municipal Corporation and of Srinagar Municipal Corporation in a meeting framed a joint committee under the name and style as “Jammu and Srinagar Municipal Employees Joint Co-operation Committee”.
The meeting was told that during winter months (Darbar Move) Dev Anand Gill will be its chairman and during summer months (Darbar Move) Haji Bashir Ahmed will be its president. Meeting was also that the chief minister has assured the implementation of re-organization of both the corporations with effects from March 2010. In case leaders said if government fails to fulfill assurance employees of corporation will come on streets and work of both the corporation will come to halt.
Present in the meetings were Mukhtar Ahmad Khan, Mohd. Altaf Dar, Ravinder Sharma, S.Attar Singh, Raju Kumar, Anoop Sharma and Rohit George.
