Early Times Report Kathua, Jan 23: A lecture on ‘Humanism’ was delivered to the inmates of district jail, Kathua by a group of Brahm Kumari Ashram here today. The speakers urged upon them to realize their past mistakes, shun path of violence, live a normal life, and obey law in the society also focused for meditation so to lead a simple life and realize god through mind, body and soul. The entire program was organized under the supervision of superintendent Jail, Dinesh Sharma. Despite Jail inmates, Jail staff also gained the experience shared by the members of Ashram Kathua. Sikender Kumar, Asstt. Superintendent, Saran Dass, government teacher and Balwan Singh, were also present on the occasion. Photo caption 123 The Govt MAM College won overall trophy in the inter-collegiate tournament of JUDO by scoring the 21 points. Players of the college won the three gold, one silver and three bronze medals in the tournament which was organized by the department of Physical Education, University of Jammu.
