| Minister visits shrine of Baji Ismail | | | Early Times Report REASI, JAN 24: The Minister for Higher Education, Labour and Employment, Mr. Abdul Gani Malik today attended annual Urs at Ziarat of Baji Mian Mohammed Ismial Sahib situated at Jandi Morh near Bharakh in Reasi and paid obeisance at the dargah. MLA, Kalakote, Mr. Rashpaul Singh, Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, S. Avtar Singh and officers of various departments also accompanied the Minister. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the Ziarat of Baji Mian Mohammed Ismial Sahib is a place of great faith and worship among all sections of society irrespective of caste, creed and colour and thousands of devotees visit this Ziarat through out the year. Responding to the demands of the locals, the Minister assured that adequate accommodation with allied facilities for pilgrims would be provided at the Ziarat in due course of time. He asked the Management Committee of the shrine to start an educational institution on the pattern of Shadra Sharief so that adequate facilities of modern education could be provided to the students of nearby areas. The place would also be developed as a tourist destination with required infrastructural facilities as lakhs of devotees of Shiv Khori Shrine Cave also pay obeisance at this shrine, the Minister added. Rashpal Singh, who has been nominated as the new Chairman of Jandimorh Ziarat Management Committee also spoke on the occasion and assured adequate facilities at the shrine of Baji Mian Mohammed Ismial Sahib. Thousands of devotees from all parts of the State also participated in the annual Urs and sought blessing the Baji Mian Ismial Sahib.
