Rajesh inaugurates compound in Karbala complex

Jammu, Jan 24: JMC Corporator of BJP from Ward No 5, Rajesh Gupta today inaugurated the newly constructed compound in the premises of Karbala complex in Peermitha area in presence of a large number of local residents. The work on this project was taken up by JMC for which the funds were made available by the local Corporator from his development funds.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gupta said that ward 5 presents the true picture of secularism as majority of its population comprise Muslims but still BJP candidate has been bestowed with the responsibility of taking care of developmental activists as a Corporator. He said that equitable development of all the areas of the ward, irrespective of people, caste or creed, is paramount to him and he has worked in a transparent manner during his tenure as Ward Corporator.
Karbala complex incharge Syed Abdul Qasim Rizvi and Fida Hussain Rizvi, General Secretary of Anjumam Imamia, expressed their gratitude to the Corporator for his efforts in making the Ward as one of the Model wards of Jammu city. They said that after being elected as Corporator, Rajesh Gupta has been regularly visiting the Peermitha area, taking stock of the problems being faced by the people and working honestly to solve the same. They expressed hope that he will work with the same zeal in future as well.
Senior Journalist and General Secretary of Press Club of Jammu Sohail Qazmi, S Paramjeet Singh President AISSF, Sheikh Masood, Reham Din Malik, Haji Mohd Qasim Baba, Syed Tajamul Hussain Qazmi, Jahagir Bhat, Imran Salaria, Ram Lubhaya, Capt Tej Ram, Ramesh Sharma, Kuldeep Kandhari, Surinder Pargal, Subash Gupta, Chaman Lal and Ram Pal Gupta were among those present on the occasion.
