Jammu, Jan 25: Balraj Puri, Convenor PUCL J&K State, has expressed deep sorrow over the killing of an innocent civilian Mushtaq Ahmad Mir in Pulwama district allegedly by the Rashtriya Rifles.
He said that in view of the conflicting claims by the security forces and the local people, he sought an independent inquiry into the tragic incident which should submit its report within a specified period.
