Srinagar, Jan 25: The Qazigund police Monday arrested a man for forcibly getting his sister-in-law’s hair cut. A case has been registered and investigations are on.
According to reports, Abdul Rashid Mir of Khiran Mir Bazar Qazigund exchanged heated arguments with his sister-in-law a few days ago when her husband was out.
Reports said Rashid got a scissor and clipped her hair. The concerned police superintendent has assured proper action against the accuse
