Early Times Report Jammu Jan 27 : Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has condoled the death of Amrit Lal Balgotra, PCC Office Secretary who breathed his last yesterday evening at his residence, after a brief illness. He was 57. A condolence meeting was held at PCC Hq. Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu under the Chairmanship of Senior Vice President Dharm Pal Sharma-Ex-MP. The meeting expressed deep shock and grief over the sad and untimely demise of Amrit Lal Balgotra who served the Congress party for 25 years as Office Secretary. Participants observed two minutes silence and prayed to the Almighty God to grant peace to the departed soul in heaven and courage to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable shock.
