Poonch, Jan 29- MLA Poonch Aijaz Jan had an extensive tour of the neglected and inaccessible Khanetar Dhalera, Khanetar Kalsan and Khanetar Duprian Panchayats to take stock of the problems of the people of these areas. He also inspected the ongoing
Road project between Khanetar and Kalaban in Mendhar and directed the PWD authorities to complete the project before March. The MLA also held public darbar and listened to the grievances of the public. He on the spot sanctioned a foot bridge on Khanetar Nullah at Tanda and a passenger shed and directed PWD AEE to complete these within a month’s time
On this occasion a large number of PDP workers Joined National Conference and expressed their satisfaction over the policies and programs of the coalition government headed by Omar Abdullah.
While welcoming their entry into the party fold, the NC MLA urged them to work for strengthening the party and carrying forward the policies and program of the government at the grass roots level.
