| DC Budgam inaugurates week-long camp | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Budgam, January 31- A week-long medical camp was organized today by Doctors Association, National Rural health Mission (NRHM) in Lakhripora, a remote area of Budgam district today.
The camp was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, Mr. Mohammad Rafi who is also chairman of NRHM. A large number of men and women were provided medicare facilities on spot in which 30 doctors and 9 specialists examined the patients.
On this occasion, the State President of NRHM said that such medical camps would be organized in each district of the valley.
While appreciating the achievements of the NRHM, the Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the doctors for organizing such camps in Arizal, Poshkar and Pakherpora like remote areas.
