Jammu, Jan 31: Two upgraded lanes are in ward no. 2 and another in ward no. 7 in Jammu cantonment were inaugurated by the joint director of northern command Ajay Kumar Sharma. An amount of Rs six lakhs have been spent on competition of these lanes.
Corporator ward no. 2, Rajesh Bakshi and corporator ward no. 7, Bharat Bhushan who complained the JD assured the residents of these wards that they will complete all the on-going works in time, which are at present 50% complete and remaining will be taken up in next financial years. They said as corporators they will come to up to peoples expectations. Among others present on the occasion were corporator ward no 1, Harved Singh, Vinod Bhalla, Bachan Singh, Sham Lal, Raj Kumar, Balbir Chowdhary, Khazan Singh, Ashok Kumar and Roshan lal.
