| PHE employees front to hold rally on Feb 4 | | |

Jammu, Jan 1: The PHE employees united front in a meting held here under the joint chairmanship of Bakshi Singh, Shiv Kumar Sharma and S Swaran Singh senior leaders of the association hold threadbare discussion on the pending demands of the PHE employees.
The members in the meeting expressed concern over the delaying tactics adopted by the PHE minister for irrigation and flood control department on the demands which was agreed in the month of July, 2009. The main demands release of remaining 1-1/2 days ex-gratia pay, given to the permanent employees as per SRO 149 of 1973 and transfer of the employees particular in rural areas be made section wise etc.
In the meeting it was in unanimously resolved to hold massive demonstration on 4th of February to stress the government and the department concerned to resolve the pending issue of the employees.
Leaders who attended the meeting were Subash Chander Verma, Vinod Sharma, Omkar Sharma, Vijay Kumar and Kartar Chand Dubey.
