Jammu, Feb 4 (JNF): The Court today fixed March 6, 2010 for arguments on Charge in much-publicised Amandeep murder case.
The Court also directed that former Ballastic Expert FSL, Sarwar Hussain Bhukhari would not be handcuffed while being escorted to trial court.

All the accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, Manohar Singh, former SSP Jammu, Satnam Singh SI, Sarwar Singh Hussain Bukhari former Ballastic Expert FSL, Constable Raj Singh, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Chouhdary Jagar Singh and Choudhary Rakesh Singh were present while Sultan Mirza was not present.
In the meanwhile Sarwar Hussain Bhukhari filed an application before the exemption of hand-cuff, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. BL Bhat after hearing Adv Piyush Gupta appearing for the accused, directed that he shall not be handcuffed while being escorted to trial Court.
