| Adbi Kunj condoles demise of Chragi | | | Early times Report
Jammu Feb 5: Adbi Kunj J&K Jammu held its weekly literary meet at Talab Tillo which was presided over by Smt. Zeenat Firdous a well known Urdu and Pahari poetess
The members extended condolences over the demise of eminent journalist and Chief Editor “Qaumi Awaz” New Delhi Mohan Chragi who passed away recently. Members also complimented Avtar Krishen Ganjoo Sahr Ganderbali a known poet and writer on the release of his latest book in Urdu titled “Ham Aur Ham”.
During the meeting a story session and a poetic session were held in which poets and writers read out their works.
Meanwhile Adbi Kunj J&K, Jammu organized a special multilingual poetic meet in association with Chanderbhaga Sanskriti Manch Akhnoor jointly with Progressive Society Ram Nagar and Cultural Academy at Akhnoor on the other day.
The said meeting was presided over by Tilak Raj Gupta a eminent person of the town and pharmacist of Akhnoor while the proceedings were conducted by O P Shakir President Akhnoor Branch of Adbi Kunj
On this occasion Ashok Kumar SDO Akhnoor and Com. Jaswant Singh Chief Organiser Adbi Kunj were the guests of honour.
