| Continuing Dental Education programme held | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Feb 7 Indian Dental Association (IDA) Jammu branch in association with Health Centre, University of Jammu on Sunday initiated the first Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programme of the year 2010 under supervision of Dr Tariq Jagmag from Mumbai. CDE was inaugurated in a simple ceremony by lighting the lamp of enlightenment by the senior most members of the dental faculty of the 2 dental colleges of Jammu- Dr Gautam Mengi, Principal, IDSc, Sehora and Dr Romesh Singh, IGDC, Amphalla. Dr Manju Gupta, Chief Medical officer health center of the University of Jammu was also present on the occasion as the function was held in Rajinder Singh Auditorium, JU. Dr Jagmag gave on stage demonstration to all the delegates in a Simple way, as to how using verbal hypno-therapeutic methods can change one’s life as well as that of their patients. He taught the dental students by demonstrating on subjects, how to rejoin and recall what they had learnt in their difficult course studies so that they can perform better in their exams and entrance examination than others. The immense success of the CDE was due to the hard work, commitment and team efforts of all the executive members of the IDA including Dr Bhupinder Singh, Dr Amit Tandon, Dr Ritesh Gupta, Dr Roopav Nargotra, Dr Munish Gupta, Dr Surinder Gupta, Dr Monica Arora, Dr Ritu Ahal, Dr Shivangi Nagotra and Dr Rupali. Dr Gautam Sharma, Dental Surgeon University of Jammu coordinated the activities of the function.
