| All party government is must in J&K | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Feb 9: Terming that people of state have lost confidence in present dispensation for all reasons as law and order has become the first casualty. Administration has collapsed, corruption has become rule of law and no one feels safe in the state, Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, J&K National Panthers Party urged N.N. Vohra, Governor of J&K to invoke Section 92 of J&K Constitution to disband present NC-Congress government and install all party government having representation from all sections of the society. Singh said that Chief Minister has lost confidence and in frustration he is making undesirable statements on home and foreign policies lying beyond his jurisdiction. Advocating opening of gates for militants under training in PoK terrorist camps is alarming and out of utter frustration. His accusation of BSF without verification is dangerous phenomenon which can not be allowed. Not a single Central scheme or project has been implemented, there are more than 50,000 vacancies and the state government failed to fill them in 14 months. Nearly Rs.5, 000 crores dispatched. Teenager innocent boys were brutally killed by the police and the Chief Minister is more interested to ensure return of the militants under training in Muzaffrabad. This is a mockery of the rule of law and insult of the electorates in whose name the govt. is functioning mindlessly, Singh added. Singh proposed that since no party in the legislature is in majority and having vertically opposed agendas and thoughts present government has failed to function in accordance with the constitution and therefore cannot be allowed to continue in office.
