| BCFI elects new team of office bearers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 9: Backward Classes Federation of India (BCFI) has elected new team of Central Executive Committee of the organization here today.
The new team, which assumed office immediately after its election, was announced unanimously in an extraordinary meeting of the General House of the Federation which was attended by more than two thousand members.
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected National Chairman of BCFI Nek Ram Dofara expressed his commitment to educate and organize the community members and minorities of their constitutional rights.
The entire newly elected team pledged themselves to work for the cause of backward classes of the country.
Ashok Kumar Basotra has been elected as National President while Ajit Kumar Vashishth as National General Secretary and Bishan Dass Kashyap as Treasurer.
