Addressing the meeting Prof Bhim Singh has warned PDP to desist from exploiting the innocent Kashmiris in the name of green flags, green ‘romals’(handkerchief) and in the name of Mushraf’s ‘self rule’ and demilitarization threatening the security and integrity of the state. ‘Desperate to return to absolute power by reintroducing the dead bogey of Dixon plan to carve out so called Islamic Republic in Jammu Kashmir’, Prof Singh said this dangerous design of PDP shall be defeated. The Working Committee decided that JKNPP would expose PDP of its dangerous designs to create uncertainty in the state by inciting people to revive militancy in the state. The Working Committee also appointed Balwant Singh Mankotia as incharge of the students union and senior vice president while Faqir Nath was appointed as Incharge Organizational Affairs of Jammu rural and dropped Govind Ram Sharma and Noor Din Parrey from the working committee following their failure to attend the meetings.
