| Two-Day Robotics Workshop concluded at SMVDU | | | Early Times Report
Katra, Feb 9 : A two day Robotics workshop organized at SMVDU by the School of Computer Science, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University in collaboration with M/s MITBOTS Systems promoted by Technocracy, Body of IIT Delhi concluded on 8 February.
The objective of the workshop was to promote the spirit of Robotics research and development amongst students
Naveen Kumar Gondhi, Lecturer School of Computer Science coordinated the workshop along with students of SECE Akshay Kumar, Anshuman and Laxman Gunupadi. The workshop was attended by the Students of different disciplines of engineering viz. Computer Science, Electronics & Comm., and Mechanical Engg. The workshop emphasized on wired and Wireless Robotics (RC Control) in particular. The students were apprised and given hands on training on the Robotics Kit specifically designed for implementations of Autonomous Robotics applications like Line follower, Obstacle chaser, Robo Racing, Robo Soccer.
The certificates and the Robotics Kit from M/s MITBOTS Systems promoted by Technocracy, Body of IIT Delhi are also being distributed among the articipants of the workshop.
