| JK Montessori School celebrates annual day | | |

JK Montessori School, today celebrated Annual day function of the school at Abhinav Theater .The function commenced with the lightening of traditional lamp by the Chief Guest Prof. M.R. Puri Ex. Vice Chancellor, Jammu University. and Guests of Honour D.R. Sharma Asstt. Commissioner Jammu and Dharmveer Singh Jamwal, Dy. Mayor JMC.
The students on the occasion presented colourful cultural item based on the theme 'JAI HO'. The presentation of folk dances and skits relating to various social issues were so interesting and informative that there were repeated applaud from the audience. The highlight of the function was a song GIVE ME SUNSHINE GIVE ME SOME RAIN which made many a eye wet.
Chairman of the school, Prof. Mohd. Ayyub Sheikh,on the occasion welcomed the chief guest, guest of honour, parents and other dignitaries and threw light on the quality of education being imparted in the school besides other facilities provided to the students. The school Principal M.L. Vaid presented the Annual report of the school & highlighted achievements of the institution in academics as well as various competitive exams.
Momentous & certificates were given to the students for their outstanding performance in academic & extra curricular a spheres. State toppers of National Science Olympiad Sanjum Malik, Sat yam Gupta & Ankush Sharma were also honoured by the Management of the school.
While speaking on this occasion Prof. M.R. Puri said he was impressed by the meticulous exhibition of excellence depicted by the students of t he school who in their performance have dealt dexterously well with various issues of the concern and also said the contribution of private education institution in enhancing the academic infrastructures of the state..
On this occasion newsletter of JK Montessorie school was released by the chief guest and the Managing Director of the school Sh. Sanjeev Gupta.
A poetry book written by Ms. Ridham Gupta of 12th class of this school was also released by the chief guest and guest of honour. The function was attended by Ms. Rajni Gupta Director JKMS, parents and prominent citizens.
