| Kishtwar PDP president calls on Mufti | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Feb10: Shakir Siddiqui, PDP District President, Kishtwar, had a meeting with Mufti Mohd Sayed, Patron PDP. Difficulties being faced by people of Kishtwar district in terms of scarcity of ration, non-supply of electricity etc were highlighted. Miserable plight of people of the area was also conveyed to Mufti on account of prolonged closure of Batote-Kishtwar road. Shakir requested him that air services between Jammu-Kishtwar, Kishtwar-Dachhan-Warwan-Marwah-Paddar be started immediately so that stranded passengers are able to reach their respective destinations during bad weather conditions. The political scenario of the area was also discussed in detail. Mufti was apprised that administration of district is dancing to the whims of ruling party. Shakir assured him that he and his colleagues will leave no stone unturned to strengthen the party at the grass root level.
